- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Extremely unprofessional and incompetent with insurance. Cost our business several thousands of dollars in back fees due to incorrect handling of our insurance. Unable to answer basic questions - they direct you to the actual insurance carrier who, when calling the carrier, is dumb founded as to why you are directed to them when the agent should be the one handling the issue. Would NEVER recommend this agency.
